Tour Itinerary

Everyday schedule of this tour you should know

Day 1: Arrival in Nagpur & First Safari

09:00 AM: Arrive at Nagpur Airport/Railway station.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Check-in at your resort. Get freshen up.
01:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch at the resort.
02:00 PM - We'll start for Safari gate from our stay.
02:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Embark on your first Tiger Safari in Tadoba National Park. Explore the wildlife, keeping your eyes peeled for tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and other unique fauna.
06:30 PM: Return to your stay. Have some tea and snacks. Go back to your room and have some rest.
08:00 PM - Lets meet at dinning hall for dinner.

Day 2-3: Safaris & Photography Sessions

Day 2:
- 5:00 AM: Get ready for your early morning safari. Have some tea and biscuit.
- 05:30 AM : Get in to gypsy and reach the gate entry to verify permits. Safari will start by 06:00 AM.
- 08:00 AM: Have your breakfast with Mr. Acharya inside the forest.
- 10:00 AM - Safari end time. Return back to your stay and get a bath and rest.
- 1:00 PM: Meet everyone at dinning hall for lunch. And get ready for your afternoon safari.
- 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Evening safari to discover the park's wildlife during the more incredible hours.
- 6:30 PM: Return to your resort. Have some tea and snacks. Get back to your stay.
- 07:30 PM : This is time to join Mr. Acharya for your 1st day photo review and guidance discussion for your next set of action. Learn techniques on wildlife photography, focusing on capturing the essence of the safari experiences.
- 08:30 PM: Dinner time. Get back and have a tight sleep.
Day 3:
- 5:00 AM: Get ready for your early morning safari. Have some tea and biscuit.
- 05:30 AM : Get in to gypsy and reach the gate entry to verify permits. Safari will start by 06:00 AM.
- 08:00 AM: Have your breakfast with Mr. Acharya inside the forest.
- 10:00 AM - Safari end time. Return back to your stay and get a bath and rest.
- 1:00 PM: Meet everyone at dinning hall for lunch. And get ready for your afternoon safari.
- 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Evening safari to discover the park's wildlife during the more incredible hours.
- 6:30 PM: Return to your resort. Have some tea and snacks. Get back to your stay.
- 07:30 PM : This is time to join Mr. Acharya for your complimentary post processing session. Learn the art of composing photos and techniques of post processing different formats of pictures in live. Clear your doubts on spot and get the guidance for your next set of action plans.
- 08:30 PM: Have a delicious dinner with Mr. Acharya and get back and have a tight sleep.

Day 4: Final Safari & Departure

5:30 AM: Final morning safari to make the most of your last chance to witness the wild beauty of Tadoba.
10:00 AM: Return to your stay. Pack your bags and have some group photo sessions.
11:00 AM: Check-out from the resort.
11:30 AM: Transfer back to Nagpur Airport/Railway station, depending on your departure timings.

Additional Notes:

Safari Timings: Safari timings will vary according to season/month
Photography Equipment: Bring your camera with long zoom lenses for wildlife photography.
We don't recommend you to carry tripod in any of our tiger safaries.
Ideally, 300mm and above lenses are recommended along with a 70-200 f/2.8 would be very helpful for closer sightings of animals, and your 70-200 would be helpful for landscape and habitat shots.
Clothing: We wont recommend you to wear any light or neon colour dresses. That distracts the animal or bird. Bring comfortable walking shoes, hats, and sunscreen for safaris. Take your medicines as per your requirement.
Fitness: Safaris can involve long periods of sitting in vehicles. So suitable for most people.

*Everyday evening photo review session.

* Twin sharing accommodation and three times food during the trip.

* Safari permits and all safari charges.

* Pick up & Drop to Nagpur Airport/ Railway station.

Exclusions :

* Any airfare / Railway Tickets.

* Single accommodation will charge you extra cost.
* Camera fees if any.
* Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours, extra meals, and beverages ordered.
* Insurance, laundry, and phone calls.
* Bottled water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
* Anything that is not listed under ‘inclusions’.
